I lived here for a year and liked it so I resigned for another year! If I have a problem I take it to the helpful office crew! The maintenance man is always on top of it and is quick to get your maintenance request complete!

I am in my second lease at redpoint and I love it. You really can’t beat a balcony off your bedroom and it’s so nice to live i a house with parking right outside your door. We have so much more room with a walk-in pantry, walk-in closets, laundry room, coat closet, and attic for storage.
